What is your return policy?
Fifi Ange wants as its priority, your total satisfaction with our products and services. Customers are legally entitled to cancel an order within 14 working days of receipt of the product and to return it for a full refund. However, our Complete Satisfaction Promise extends your ability to return an unsatisfactory online purchase for up to 30 days.
Products need to be returned unworn with their original packaging and dispatch note and we will be happy to refund your order. Please provide proof of purchase when returning an item. If you realise you have made a mistake and want to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible. Since we ship quickly, it may not be possible to stop your order so please follow the instructions for 'Making Returns' if your order has already been dispatched.
We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, so please follow the above instructions to order the product you would like instead. We realise this means two transactions on your credit card but feel it is faster for you to get the product you would like. If you have requested a repair or engraving services we cannot cancel your order if we have already started the work.
Certain products are excluded from our online and store refund policies. We cannot exchange or refund items that are engraved, embossed or soldered, unless they have a manufacturing fault. For hygiene reasons our Fifi Ange stores do not accept exchanges or refunds of earrings bought online unless they are have a manufacturing fault. For earrings purchased online, please return unworn earrings to our Returns Department. Items bought in our Sale or on promotion will not be refunded if returned after the 14 day cooling off period. We’ll be happy to exchange sale items after the 14 day cooling off period providing the goods being exchanged are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Where's my order?
We aim to deliver standard orders within 10 working days. Please allow extra time for orders placed over bank holidays or busy periods such as Christmas. If you provide a mobile number at the time of delivery then you will be notified via text of your delivery time frame. You can also track your order by logging into your Fifi Ange account. If your order still hasn’t arrived we would recommend contacting our customer care team on +44 (0)1506 467 286 who will be more than happy to look into this further for you.
How do I return my item?
If you are not happy with your Fifi Ange goods that were purchased online, and you are in the UK and EU please return your unworn order to us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a refund.
All returns should be made to the below address via a recorded delivery service.

We will process a refund within 10 working days of the return being received in line with the amount paid. We do not refund the original delivery charge unless the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied. Alternatively, you can return your item(s) to one of our standalone stores for an exchange or refund.
Please note: if your order requires a refund and you have used PayPal as your preferred method of payment, your order will need to be returned back to the online shop for the refund to be issued. Currently our standalone stores are unable to issue a refund to a PayPal account.
If returning to our online shop and an exchange is required, your order will need to be refunded and a new order will need to be placed. This order can either be placed by yourself or by contacting our customer care team on +44 (0)1506 467 268.
Do you offer free returns?
Yes, we offer free returns for all UK & IE online orders including the UK mainland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. A returns label will be included in your shipment or can be downloaded here
Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns on any international orders; it is your responsibility to pay any delivery charges, duties and taxes incurred to return your purchase.
Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage from the post office when returning any online order as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
A prompt refund of the price of the goods will be issued once all the information referred to above is received. The credit or debit card or PayPal used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. If there are any problems with your refund, a member of our customer care team will contact you.
How do I return a faulty item?
If you believe your item to be faulty, please bring it to your nearest Fifi Ange store where a member of our team will be able to assess it for you. Alternatively, you can send your item into us directly for your item to be assessed.
If you decide to send it into us directly, please do so by signed for delivery or recorded delivery and include a cover letter stating what is wrong with your item.

How do I use a promotion code?
To use a promotion code, simply enter the code supplied at the basket stage before you start payment. Some codes are applied automatically at the checkout for you. Promotional codes are only valid for a certain amount of time so please check the dates of promotion.

Once you have placed your online order you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your purchase(s). If there are likely to be any delays in sending your order we will email you.
How is my gift packaged?
Even the tiniest of gifts from Fifi Ange are beautifully hand packed in our exclusive branded boxes. Your order can be gift wrapped on request.

Can I change my order?
It depends on what stage your order has reached. We do try to process all our orders as soon as possible after they have been placed so that you receive them on time.
If you find you need to change your order, you should call us immediately on +44 (0)1506 467 286 (Monday - Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday 9:30am to 1:00pm). As there may be an opportunity to make the changes you require.
If the order is already in progress in our warehouse then it will not be possible to make changes and the order will be sent as it was placed. Our team will of course help you resolve any issues this may present.
Which forms of payment do you accept?
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card and currently accept the following: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Amex and Maestro and PayPal.
Can I make an overseas order?
Orders can be placed from abroad through the standard checkout process. You have the option of having your order sent standard and express delivery. For all delivery charges please visit our Delivery page. If your country is not listed please contact our customer service before placing your order - contact us on 01506 467 286 (Monday - Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm, Saturday 9.30am to 1.00pm).
When will my card be charged?
Your account will be debited once your order has been processed online.
How is VAT charged??
The VAT is calculated based upon the final shipping destination.
How do I choose a different delivery address?
All you need to do is sign in to your Fifi Ange account, go to the Address Book and add the address. Once you have saved the new address this will always be available to choose when you go through the checkout process.
If you haven’t shopped online with us before please note your delivery and billing addresses must match when placing your first order. We can only deliver to the cardholders address, or by discussion an alternative address. This is to protect our customers against fraud.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
If it is the first time you have placed an order with us there is no need to register your details if you are in a hurry. Click on 'Guest Checkout' and follow the instructions. When you have time it is well worth setting up an account so that you can track your orders.
What are your delivery options?
You have the option of having your order sent on Standard, Next Day, or Saturday Delivery service to your home or via Click & Collect to one of our standalone stores.
- For Standard Delivery in the UK, please allow ~10 working days. The charge for this service is £5 for orders under £100 and free for orders over £100.
- For International Delivery, please allow up to ~15 working days. The charge for this service is £20.
Please note you do need to sign for deliveries.
What is the guarantee policy on your products?
Fifi Ange has a one year warranty against manufacturing faults on all products.
How long will it take to process my return?

There has been an upsurge in websites selling desirable designs of counterfeit versions of Fifi Ange items. We cannot guarantee the authenticity of a product purchased from any other site other than from our website (www.fifiange.com).
